You'll weave through a labyrinth of art-filled laneways in Melbourne's heart and hear curious tales from the city's fascinating history.
You'll then settle into one of Melbourne’s most iconic and beloved wine bars. Picture dark wood interiors and cherry leather seats under a towering blackboard of handwritten wines.
Savour a curated tasting of three old and new world wines, accompanied by some fancy Portuguese-inspired tapas.

Walking street art and laneway tour, with curious tales from Melbourne's fascinating history. A wine tasting at one of Melbourne's most iconic wine bars, with three curated wine tastings (half pours, 75ml each), accompanied by some light Portuguese-inspired tapas.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely recommended!! With David, the history of Melbourne has come alive, you can literally see the many dazzling figures in front of you! I was also fascinated by the many hidden street art works and their diverse messages! On the tour, David wonderfully connects places, historical details and access to ephemeral works of art! The crowning glory is the wine tasting in a very special place! Thanks, David, I'd book a tour with you again anytime!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This tour was a HIGHLIGHT of our Melbourne trip!! David was absolutely captivating—fun, passionate, and full of fascinating stories. He brought Melbourne to life with his creativity, insights, and love for the place. Seeing the city through his eyes was a wonder. The street art was magnificent, and David helped us understand the voices, messages, and culture woven into the walls. And the wine bar? Soooo cozy and delish! Great wine, tasty tapas, and such fun convo. We had the BEST time—didn’t want it to end!!

David was an exceptional and very knowledgeable host providing a riveting account of the history of Melbourne providing wonderful anctedotes and sordid truths of this gorgeous city's past. He showcased some incredible pieces of street art that I wouldn't have stumbled across myself and gave great insight into the messages the artists were trying to convey which allowed me to appreciate the art even more. The tour ended in a cosy and unpretentious wine bar where the vibes were immaculate, the sommeliers were passionate & engaging and the wine was some of the best I've tried. 10/10 would recommend.

The experience felt incredibly personalised; it was like walking through the city with a friend eager to share its hidden tales and splendid history. I never felt like I was just part of a tour group. I loved the focus on art as well as community post-pandemic. Finishing at a wine bar and restaurant which had no problems accommodating plant-based diets, we went into overtime with great conversation and some of the best wine I've had in Australia.
